SoundAlly provides Latin American Spanish (ES-LATAM) dubbing services, including:
• Script translation and adaptation

• Recording sessions
• Post-production and audio mixing
• Quality control and delivery
Our services are intended for content owners, distributors, and production companies worldwide.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on project specifications provided at the time of inquiry. Significant changes to project scope may require a revised quote.
Quotes do not include applicable taxes, which will be added based on the relevant jurisdiction.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in each individual project contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery or according to agreed milestones.
Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services. SoundAlly reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Intellectual Property
The client retains all intellectual property rights to the source content provided for dubbing. Upon receipt of full payment, the client obtains all rights to the delivered dubbed audio tracks.
SoundAlly retains the right to use general descriptions of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes, without disclosing confidential information.
Confidentiality
We treat all client content as confidential. Our team members and production partners are bound by confidentiality agreements. We can sign additional NDAs as required by the project.
Source content, scripts, and deliverables are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are established at the start of each project and depend on volume, complexity, and resource availability. We commit to meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
Delays caused by client changes, late approvals, or scope modifications may affect the delivery schedule. Such delays will be communicated promptly.
Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision cycles as specified in the contract. Revisions beyond this number may incur additional charges.
Significant change requests (casting changes, complete re-recording, major script modifications) will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
Quality Control
All deliverables go through our quality control process before delivery. QC covers sync accuracy, audio quality, loudness compliance, and format specifications.
The client is responsible for final review and approval of deliverables within the timeframe specified in the contract.
Limitation of Liability
SoundAlly's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet all subjective quality requirements beyond agreed-upon technical specifications.
Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled by the client with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
SoundAlly reserves the right to cancel a project in case of non-payment or breach of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
